The Egyptian International School in El-Marag was established in 2014 in accordance with a protocol of cooperation signed between the Egyptian Ministry of Education, the International Baccalaureate Organization and Oasis School Group.
It is considered as a national pilot non-profit project with the aim of contributing into the development of education in Egypt.

The Egyptian International School in El-Marag is now authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB) to teach the 3 programmes; Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP).
